Tony has worked in executive and board roles across the insurance and reinsurance industry. He has specialized in both turning around underperforming business units, and most recently building new businesses and products. His research into soft market underwriting has already been featured in Forbes magazine.

Tony has enjoyed a broad and varied career. Starting out as a field worker in Africa, Tony has subsequently lived and worked in Spain, Poland, the USA, Switzerland and Germany, as well as the UK. He is actively involved in educational charities as well as his local church in Switzerland. He is married to Kasia, with whom he has 3 children.
